What is the process?
Every project starts with a 20-minute discovery call. This call will help us to determine what type of consultation (Project, DIY or Showroom) we will be booking with you. Once this is determined, we will then schedule your 2-hour maximum consultation. The cost for this appointment is $500.00 (there is no charge for booking our 45-minute Showroom Consultation). This fee is due at the time of scheduling and is non-refundable. Consultations are booked Monday - Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If the consultation is completed before the 2-hour time limit, there is no refund for the remaining time.
