Meet the Team

Angie Rockenbaugh

Angie Rockenbaugh is President and Principal designer for Interior Motives by 321.  As a practicing Interior Designer for over 20 years and 10 years as sole proprietor, Angie’s passion and enthusiasm for design shows in every aspect of her projects.  Her unique ability to listen and understand her clients wants and dreams help her to deliver unique and personal results to her clients.  Her many years of expertise provide her clients creative solutions for their homes with ease while maintaining productive relationships with not only her clients, but also architects, contractors, and vendors.  There are two phrases she lives by…  “There are no problems, just opportunities!”, and “Don’t tell me it can’t be done!”. Angie has worked diligently over the years to develop an A-Team of skilled, experienced artisans and tradesmen that work cohesively together to provide her clients with exceptional quality and amazing results.  Angie has had the opportunity to work on homes across the United States.

“It all started my junior year of high school.  I took an interior design class because of the many field trips it offered.  Little did I know how much I would love Interior Design!  This led me to an independent study my senior year and the journey began.  Along with my college education, an amazing mentor, and years of hands-on experience, I have been able to continually grow and evolve into the designer that I am today.  I love what I do!  It brings me so much joy to see the project complete and the clients fall in love with their home.”

Angie is married to her high school sweetheart Justin, and together they have two grown sons.  When she finds the time to take a break from creating magic, you will find Angie antiquing, camping, hiking, attending classic car auctions and spending time with friends, family, their beloved dog Cooper and two grand pups!

Debbie Stutsman

Showroom Associate

Debbie Stutsman joined the Interior Motives team as an assistant in our retail showroom. Her favorite role in this position is helping customers find that “perfect something” for their home or a special gift for a friend. She has a strong design background, recently retiring as a corporate designer for the last 37 years. Debbie minored in art in college and the design field appealed to her artistic side. When she is not working or volunteering, she likes to spend time with her friends and family, work in her flower garden, and sit down with a good book at the end of the day.
